STATUT DE MA COMMANDE

Thank you for choosing Mayrena! We understand that you need help locating your order. Here are your options:

1- Go to this link, enter your order email, select your order number and your order status will be displayed.

2- Log in to your account or create one with the email address used for the order, then go to “My orders” > “Track my order”.

3- If you do not wish to create an account, click on the tracking number on the order confirmation email.

Delivery status is updated in real time. Your order will be indicated as “Shipped” once it has been sent by our logistics provider. You will then receive several emails informing you of the tracking and delivery of your order. If you don't receive any emails, perhaps they're hiding in your spam folder?

Busy periods (Christmas or special operations): shipping times may be extended, excluding express delivery.

- Pre-ordered jewelry: this will be made especially for you. The expected shipping date is indicated on the product page.

However, in the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the date indicated, you can notify us by writing to contact@mayrena.fr. We will promptly file a claim with the carrier.

As Mayrena Paris and the carriers are independent, we are not responsible for delays, delivery errors or loss of packages caused by the carrier. But don't panic! If your parcel is lost without an address error on your part, we undertake to file a claim with the carrier within 3 working days of your request. As the processing time depends on the carrier's responsiveness, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a precise deadline.

Unfortunately, once your order has been validated and paid for, we are no longer able to guarantee its modification or cancellation. Please contact us at contact@mayrena.fr and we will do our utmost to correct any erroneous information in your order before it is dispatched by our logistics provider.

Please check your shipping information carefully before finalizing payment for your order. In the event of errors, Mayrena Paris cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges.

If the delivery information contains errors, we will unfortunately not be able to reship or refund packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong address.

Packages returned to Mayrena Paris due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
