The cuffs are one size fits all. They easily adjust to your wrist thanks to the flexibility of their silver base. You can tighten or loosen them according to your wrist size for a comfortable fit and easy removal.

To minimize scratches and prolong their lifespan, it's best to remove them before engaging in physical or manual activities. Over time, hand sanitizer, perfume, certain creams or soaps, as well as friction, can damage them.

After cleaning them with a soft cloth, store them in their case when not wearing them.
