FROM DESIGN TO MANUFACTURING
Every Mayrena piece begins its story in Normandy, in my studio. This is where I let creativity lead the way and ideas take shape. But before a piece reaches you, it goes through several stages:
THE DESIGN
Every piece starts with an idea. A pencil, my notebook, and a good dose of inspiration — that’s the starting point of each jewel.
FROM SKETCH TO REALITY
To see if the idea holds up, we get hands-on. I test, I refine, and I fit the design to the body.
3D MODELING
It’s like drawing with absolute precision, exploring every detail from every angle — which also lets me communicate perfectly with my manufacturer.CRAFTSMANSHIP IN THE SERVICE OF CREATION
1. MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES
Shaping the wire
Since the beginning, I’ve used this method to design and imagine new creations. Each metal rod is carefully cut, shaped using templates and tools, then hand-polished to achieve a flawless finish.
Lost-wax casting: an age-old technique
An ancient technique that allows metals to be cast with precision from a wax model. This is how Mayrena Paris jewelry is made.

2. POLISHING AND ENGRAVING
Each piece is polished by hand in our workshops, with meticulous attention to detail. Every jewel is then carefully hallmarked, proudly bearing the Mayrena signature.
3. HIGH-QUALITY PLATING AND QUALITY CONTROL
Each piece is plated with a 5-micron layer of gold, thicker than average.
Every creation undergoes rigorous quality control, ensuring certification by the prestigious RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) label.
OUR HALLMARKS
If you look closely inside your jewelry, you’ll notice a mark. This mark can have different meanings. In the case of Mayrena jewelry, you may find three distinct marks:
1. Gold-plated jewelry
2. Solid silver or vermeil jewelry
At Mayrena Paris, every jewel is the result of meticulous know-how. From design to 3D modeling, through molding, lost-wax casting, and hand polishing, each stage is carried out with absolute precision. Our pieces are made to be durable while upholding values of responsibility and ethics, supported by the RJC label.
