Sometimes, things don’t go as planned. It happens!

MAKE A RETURN – France and Belgium

Here are the steps to make an “easy”* return or exchange from France or Belgium:

1- Have your order number and the email used for your purchase ready.
2- Go to this link.
3- Select the product(s) you wish to return, then follow the instructions.
4- Attach the provided shipping label* to your parcel and ⚠️ insert the QR code inside.
5- Drop it off at any post office. Your request will be processed within 3 to 7 days after receipt. You will then receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been completed.

START YOUR RETURN

*If you wish to make an exchange, there will be no charge. You will receive a prepaid label to download at the end of the return process.

However, if you request a refund, an amount of €10 will automatically be deducted from your refund to cover the return label and restocking costs.

⚠️ Please note that any jewellery not following this procedure, sent to the wrong address, returned after more than 14 calendar days, received in poor condition or in packaging different from the original will not be eligible for a refund.

MAKE A RETURN – Other countries

3- Select the product(s) you wish to return, then follow the instructions.
4- Attach your shipping label* to the parcel and ⚠️ insert the provided QR code inside.
5- Ship the parcel to the following address:

Once received, your request will be processed within 3 to 7 days. You will then receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been completed.
