Modification or cancellation

Once your order has been validated and paid for, we are no longer in a position to modify or cancel it, but you have 14 days to send us back the jewellery that does not suit you. This does not apply to jewellery that has been worn.

Delivery time or delay

Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days. If the delivery times are abnormally long, do not hesitate to contact us.

Error in the received item

If the item(s) received do not match your order, we are very sorry. Contact us to let us know and we will do what it takes to be forgiven.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return an item

1. Send us a message in order to inform us that you want to send back the order, with the tracking number and the company delivery name.
2. Fill in the withdrawal form attached to your order.
3. Place the product and delivery note in a secure package.
4. Send your package to the address indicated on the return form.

Attention, the jewellery that does not respect this procedure, sent to the wrong address, received in poor condition or in a different packaging than the original one cannot be refunded.

Returning a purchase from a pop-up event

A pop-up purchase can only be returned during the duration of the event and only for an exchange (excluding worn jewellery), on presentation of proof of purchase (email or receipt) and in a delay of 14 days or less.

Receipt of the package

Once your package has been received (delay of about 1 week), you will be informed by email of the good reception.

Refund time

The refund will be made within 10 days, depending on the registration of your return. This period may be as long as 14 days.

DELIVERY

Delivery method & prices

Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days (FREE delivery and returns in metropolitan France and free delivery in Europe).

During periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday), delivery time can be extended by four or five days.

Abroad

For deliveries abroad, the delivery times may be longer and the consignee may have to pay customs duties, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.

Track your order

All you have to do is put the order number, presents in the invoice or in the confirmation mail, on the website of the company making the delivery.
